They should be fine, can always introduce via acclimation box to be safe. I'd add the radiant first if possible since they are a bit more delicate.

Actually I have the radiant wrasse already, I had previously added a blue star leopard wrasse and both times the radiant wrasse would chase the blue star and eventually died

Ok, yes if the radiant is already well established it could be seeing any new leopard or halichoeres as competition. You could try removing the radiant temporarily and allowing the leopard to become established, then bringing it back. How big is the tank?

If your sump is jump proof(mine the fish would have to jump almost a foot to get to the rim from water level) and has sand. Could add to the fuge first, then the acclimation box. Will let the other wrasse taste the pheromones the new wrasse produces without any aggression worries and can live here longer than an acclimation box. Then after x time place in an acclimation box for upto a week so can see the new wrasse. Stole the sump idea from @Lasse.

Did you use an acclimation box on those prior attempts?

If that's the case, then I think you already have your answer. Unless you can put the radiant in a time out somewhere it's very likely this will continue. Halichoeres Wrasses and Leopards are very similar in shape and it wouldn't surprise me. My established Melanurus still doesn't care for my Blue Star Leopard but for the most part they tolerate each other, although the Melanurus gets very territorial around feeding time.

Yes my melanurus killed my male blue star leopard

So, you could try again with an acclimation box this time, but that won't ensure success either. It would however give you a chance to see if the melanurus might mellow out about it after a few days.
