Wrasse in quarantine developed filter floss-like mass above head, any idea what this could be?

I don't think it's part of his mucous cocoon. Is Spectrogram ok to treat this or would you recommend another antibiotic?

Spectrogram is fine to use. If that fails to clear this, use NFG.
