I’m looking at stocking a wrasse of a few (maybe) into my 180

My fish list is looking at
Two cardinals
Two chromis
Two clowns
Hawkish
A blenny

And I’m looking at wrasses what do y'all think would do well in this size of a tank? I would love a species that spawns if possible

What are the dimensions of the tank? And what species of hawkfish is it?

My prediction

You will be obsessed with wrasses. As such we avoid other aggressive fish like many clowns, hawks, 6 line. Start looking in the wrasse lovers thread. You will soon get a long list from “some” members.

48x24x24 is the standard 120. Are you sure it is not 72x24x24?

Some he says.....
We all have our own favorites there. I like fairy wrasses and flasher wrasses. Just make sure you don't get ones that are too closely related they will fight. Also try to get the least aggressive first and work towards the most aggressive it will reduce fighting

It’s a 48x24 tank
Probably a flame hawk
If it’s a 48x24 the flame hawk is going to slaughter wrasses. I’ve learnt the hard way and they all become killers of wrasses.
