Wrasse has bump on side

Hey there our tank got ich and we quarantined our fish however in quarantine our wrasse formed a Bump on its side. It’s since finished it’s time in qt. The fish is back in its home and the bump seems worse and this morning it looks as though it has open sores on it. Hard to get a photo of the wrasses it seems to be afraid of the camera
I attached a picture that I was able to get. It does appear there are there open spots
On the bump.

Hi. Your pic doesn't show up. Have you considered a quick dip for the little guy? Without seeing it, I am only guessing he may have a worm or parasite. This will bump your post so that others with more experience may have a better answer.
