I currently have a red blue fairy wrasse that I introduced the same time as my lunar wrasse. I have a ton of space and caves in my 65 gallon tank and both wrasses are currently less then 1 inch long. The red blue diary wrasse has become extremely aggressive towards the lunar and will not stop chasing him around the tank. I have changed the live rocks around, increased feeding and nothing has helped. It has been a little over 2 weeks since both of them have been introduced. Does anybody have any useful tips I can try because I would love to keep both but if the aggression doesn’t stop I’ll have to remove the fairy wrasse.

Two ideas come to mind....you can try putting a mirror up on the side of your tank which sometimes works....and the second thought is to remove the agressor to the sump or QT tank for a week or two than reintroduce him. I have 12 Wrasses in my DT, and in my experience with Wrasses the aggression a lot of times doesn't get better. But try those ideas first for sure.

Lunar wrasse, as in Thalassoma lunare? Get rid of that instead. It will be a 1+ foot long monster.

I was thinking of the same thing. Thalassoma are not friendly to other fish, get really big and love inverts. Was funny the other day my LFS got in something called a Mexican Rock Rainbow Wrasse and the little thing looked gorgeous and I was sorely tempted, but fortunately I looked it up and did my due diligence and discovered it was better known as a Paddlefin Wrasse (Thalassoma) and was not reef safe. As pretty as it was, I said Thanks but no Thanks. Pulled this up and it was identical to the juvie/female:
