Hello, My adult Bipartus wrasse has damaged his mouth. He is swimming around but not eating. Not sure what could have happened. Had him for over 5 years. Anything I can do?

can you get a pic?

If he just dove in wrong, or hit a rock he will be fine on his own, most likely. If it is a bacterial infection that has presented on his mouth, it could require treatment.

Can you tell from pic?

I’d give it a couple of days for sure to see if it starts to heal and he eats. But I agree it could manifest into bacterial infection. If worsens I would pull and treat with meds.
