My juvenile lineatus wrasse is having some issues with swimming. He also appears to have some discolored white areas of skin. I’ve begun cipro dips and have tried medicated foods but he won’t eat much. He’s been a healthy fish so far and was eating well up until yesterday.

What dose and duration are you using with the cipro?

More information and a short video would be helpful here is a link:

As jay stated, pics/video under white lighting will be very helpful. Im not keen on cipro for treatment but stating swimming issues and medicated food is very vague.
Describe how its swimming and what foods you are offering

I am not sure there is any role for Cipro dips (for anything fish related). It is basically a broad spectrum antibiotic - that takes time to kill significant numbers of bacteria. It's kind of like adding Neosporin to a cut - and then wiping it off 15 minutes later.

One issue with Cipro - and other antibiotics, for that matter, is the development of antibiotic resistant organisms both in your home and in the community (if you're going to use it in a QT or medication tank). Agree with the comments of @Jay Hemdal and @vetteguy53081
