Wrasse ID Please

Hi Everybody!

I recently acquired a 40 gallon tank, this was one of the fish in it. It's a bad picture, but the best I can get. The previous owner didn't remember what it was. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

It's a species of the lubbock's fairy wrasse, I just can't recall which region it comes from.
Edit: It belongs to the philippines.
