Hi, need some help with this 2 fishes, they are very similar and

most red all the body

This is red with a darker body and light blue in the anal and caudal fin

Same fish?

It looks to me like a Red Fin Fairy Wrasse

First one is a female, so ID will be difficult. Certainly a type of Cirrhilabrus.

The second is transitioning from female to male. The large blue spot developing behind the head makes me think C. cyanopleura, though. C. rubrisquamis is another possibility.

The first pic is a female C. rubripinnis, or a female within the complex, but rubripinnis is the most common.

Pic 2 is definitely a transitional C. cyanopleura.

What are the identifying features you used to get to the rubripinnis complex, eatbreakfast? My female cirrhulabrus ID is still a little weak.

The location of the tail spot, body depth, white belly, it's more red than pink, and it lacks horizontal blue striping on the face.
