Just purchased a used tank, and not sure what type of wrasse this is.

Leopard wrasse, male
It’s definitely a Macropharyngodon male however a true meleagris isn’t 100%.
It’s likely to be either a male Macropharyngodon ornatus or Macropharyngodon meleagris. If the OP can try get a better picture with less blue taking out the colours then it will hopefully give a better ID.
I do agree with it being meleagris though as the yellow and black spot behind the eye is often a large indicator on the species when the two mentioned above are male. The ornatus has a Blue and Black spot in the spot where the meleagris has a yellow and black spot.
