I bought this as a carpenter wrasse. Is it? If so juvie or female, any way to tell?

Looks to me like a female Paracheilinus carpenteri. The most obvious way you can tell it’s female is it doesn’t have any elongated filaments on its dorsal fin. You can tell it’s a juvenile or mature female from the size, if it’s over an inch or so then it should be a mature female.
