Wrasse in trouble .

Woke up this morning to this .
Fish is also breathing very rapidly .
Water conditions are very good .
And no new fish added for over a year .
Any ideas?

Long spine urchins and a small collection of bristle worms .
 
Looks like the wrasse may have been stuck by the urchin and now there is a bacterial infection. NFG powder is the best remedy. Do you have any antibiotics and methylene blue? I'd give it a bath in the MB and then treat in a QT with antibiotics like NFG or the trifecta of Kanaplex + Furan2 + Metro, asap. These types of infections can progress rapidly.

Catching him may be exhausting lol.
