What kind of wrasse is this? It’s a juvenile flasher/ fairy wrasse. It has a white belly/ yellow belly. Red fins, no filament/ fin ray, long pelvic fins (not shown in photo)

Cirrhilabrus filamentosus, it will color up more. Do you have this wrasse in with your rubripinnis?Thank you everyone. I wasn’t sure if it was a red fin as the fins looks more blue in the tank while it’s swimming around. How about this wrasse? It is purple pink color and has a elongated single ray in the middle of its dorsal fin
I have a mccoskers wrasse with the rubripinnis which was placed in an acclimation box and introduced in the tank at the same time. I have a mccockskers wrasse with the filimantosus in a different tank, both introduce at the same time as my acclimation box is being used.Cirrhilabrus filamentosus, it will color up more. Gotcha. Keep an eye on your filamentosus they become bullies to flashers and other fairies as they mature. Post some pics of your wrasses on The Wrasse Lover’s Thread we love seeing them!I have a mccoskers wrasse with the rubripinnis which was placed in an acclimation box and introduced in the tank at the same time.
