Those spots on the wrasse are of concern. I'd consider as a first step, giving the wrasse a freshwater dip to either confirm or eliminate flukes as the cause of the discolorations on the wrasse's skin.

+1^ Looks like flukes to me. Conduct FWD to eliminate this as a diagnosis. Take it from there. Process of elimination :)

Are those things protruding from its skin or is that just a camera trick? If those are Flukes, they’re huge and plentiful. I’d do a FW dip for sure.
That was my thought as well. Do wrasses do well with freshwater dips. I know wrasses are mores sensitive to treatments.

Yes, they will do fine as long as proper protocol is followed.

-RODI water at the same temp and PH as your aquarium chemistry.
- air-stone or small power head for water circulation.
- 5-7 minutes in FWD
- use prime or ammonia reducer if possible

You guys rock. Since they are in the system parzipro a good medication for the dt?

Prazipro is considered reef safe but will kill feather dusters, Bristle worms, possibly anemones. Otherwise one dose as instructed. 5 - 7 days later conduct 30% water change and complete second round of medication.

Exactly on all fronts.

None of that in the tank.
