Wrasse Issue

I have a Melanurus wrasse that has been in qt since last Saturday. I am doing TTM and on Friday all was fine. I was out of town Saturday and noticed tonight a wound? on its side... see photo. Any ideas what it is? How to treat? The wrasse is in QT with a long nose hawkfish and a flame hawkfish. Everyone else seems fine.

Looks like aggression from the hawkfish. Those wounds look like they could be infected. Do you have any antibiotics, methylene blue or Ruby Reef Rally?
