Wrasse mouth question

hey All, I got some wrasse added to my QT, the male in the video is eating and seems to be acting ok.

it has only been one day....but I noticed from the get go that the male has a slightly open mouth.

Could be the fish experienced a bit of ammonia burn to its gills during shipment, so it is gasping just a small bit to help move more water across its gills. Doesn't look too bad though. If conditions change, or you feel the need, the standard treatment for ammonia burn is treating with methylene blue. It helps the fish's gills to absorb more oxygen until they can heal.
