Wrasse problem?

What's up with my wrasse? I can't get a great look at it but he woke up with this white/clear stuff coming from his eyes/nose.

Can't see much detail in pic; could it be some of the sand he was sleeping in? Every now and then on of mine has a grain or two caught in his mucus for a few minutes.

Could also be an injury of some sort. Perhaps he banged into the rock while chasing something, or tangled with a bristle worm.

Keep an eye on it - sometimes such things can become infected.

problably injured himself darting into the sand last night when lights went out..might be sand too..my wrasses do this evry once in while when they dart under the sand
