I've currently have an Orange Sided Fairy wrasse and a skunk tilefish in QT, got them yesterday from two different sources.

My QT is a 40B. With wrasses being copper sensitive and with not having the time or facilities for TTM what's the best way to go and QTing these fish? I've currently have Prazipro, Cupramine and Copper Power on hand. There is no rush at this point as both fish seem healthy, not extremely active nor have they ate much but they've only been in my possession a tad over 24 hours. I can order what I need, CP might not be available for me. And also if it's advised to use the Copper Power which copper test would I need? I currently have the SeaChem Multi Test.

Sorry for the 100 questions and thanks for any advice.

I read this thread (https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/wrasse-qt-method.233325/) but only got more confused as the thread derailed quickly.

Copper power is less harsh on the fish and may be the best way to go. You can try hypo, but I'm not a fan of it because of how difficult it is to execute properly and because there are some hypo resistant strains of ick. I'd go with copperpower and get the API test kit, or just one that tests in the higher ranges. Make sure they are eating well before you start and if they stop eating or start acting strange then back off on the copper.

Thanks for the advice @melypr1985 . The thread I linked to above seem to indicate that wrasses may have issues with Prazi as well, or did I misinterpret that?

My normal QT protocol is as follows:

Days 1-3: Watch for any signs of issues and start feeding.
Days 4-7: Prazi treatment
Days 8,9: Water change and carbon
Days 10-13: Prazi treatment
Days 14-16: Water change and carbon
Day 17: Start Copper

Would you change anything except for changing out the Cupramine for Copper Power?

I wouldn't change it. Wrasses tend to carry flatworms like flukes and intestinal worms. They really need to be dewormed and prazi is a great way to do it. You want to pay close attention to the dosage and make sure you dont over-do it. Make sure to heavily airate the water.

I've got a Marineland HOB and an old MJ pump pointed at the water surface, is that sufficient? I've also heard of people soaking their foods in prazi and running prazi concurrently with Cupramine? What are your thoughts on that?

Once again thanks for the help and sorry for the questions just want to make sure I'm doing things as close as I can to 100% correctly.

There's no need to soak the food in prazi. I have done prazi and cuppramine together with no ill effects.

I believe the filter and powerhead will be sufficient.
