Wrasse QT protocol

Picking up some wrasses from LFS. I have a 10 gallon QT setup running. Looking for qt method and med list.
Pin tail fairy wrasse and orange back wrasse are the fish I am picking up.

Tank has small HOB Filter, lid, heater, ammonia badge, and PVC fittings. I have an air pump if needed.
