We have a 189G
We have a new ruby head fairy wrasse in our DT after weeks of quarantine who is doing great and playing nice with everyone. I want to eventually get a McCoskers Flasher and a Pink Margain Fairy wrasse....always out of stock. I do like the Carpenters Flasher as well. Would he get along okay with the McCoskers? And others I mentioned?

Conventional wisdom says yes. Those should all get along, as long as the tank is appropriately sized. Acclimation box is usually recommended, and it might be best to get the others added before the ruby head gets too mature.

The ruby head is already about 3” The Carpenter wrasse available is a young male. That’s the problem with the wrasses you want, they’re never in stock and you have to get them when you can so. There was a pink fairy available but it was almost 5” and I don’t think so lol. We have a 180 gallon.

From my experience there usually no issues mixing various fariy/flasher wrasses in one tank. Adding a couple at a time also helps with any territory issues. Reminder Fariy/flasher wrasses need to be feed three times per day. Looking forward to see your results... Good luck

I think that is a safe bet. If the ruby head was 4-5+ and a mature male, and the tank was a 75, then things are a little riskier. But in a 180, you should be able mix lots and lots of fairy/flasher wrasses.
