Wrasse Resort

Anything special about these fish? it is going into the 7' macro, so not really worried, just looking for any caveats.
Their care is the same as leopards.

If you own leopards and Anampses then you should be just fine

I got 4 leopards combined in one tank or another at this point lol. Just really liked the way it looked, so ordered it. Figured I can keep everything else I have that is "Expert" alive, so this would be the same. Just wanted to do a little research before hand.

Kuiter's update! She's fully adjusted and eating well. I noticed a small red spot on her side that I'll keep an eye on.

So so so so pretty

Yes leopards are one of my favorite fish!!!
I just saw on your build thread that you have a meleagris and a bipartitus - nice leopards! Your tank is very nice, too! I'm going to read through your thread.

@SaltyT I may need to get with ya at some point to discuss wrasse stocking my 180. If all works out, all big fish in that tank will be moved to another tank soon. Looking to do smaller fish, so tons of movement from them, but already have a ton of anthias in there, so go to keep that in mind.

Seems like X. margaritaceus is becoming much more common to keep in captivity, is that due to them being so easy to grab now and popping up like wildfires?

Appreciate that. I been lacking in the fourm. I got into the RC hobby and been spending time on that. And just maintaining the tank. I had a No3 spike so dealing with that but thanks again

I think they're being collected from Western Australia right now could be why we're seeing them so much.

Hey @SaltyT what are your thoughts on the China wrasse and moyeri?
if you had a chance to get either what would you get?
I know I’m not the expected replier however, I wanted to add some input and this what what it is:

I would get both if the tank is large enough but if I had to pick between either, it would depend on if the Moyers was female. If the Moyer was female I’d snag it but if it’s male I’d go for a China instead due to the male version of those fish being beautiful.
