Wrasse showing some open wounds

This my my wrasse, been in quarantine for 2 weeks now being treated with copper.

This has appeared in the last day or so. I believe it to be a bacterial infection of some sort. But he also has some darker patches around his body.

No heavy breathing or flashing. This fish is a voracious eater as well. How should i proceed in his treatment?

I could use a second opinion, but this looks like Uronema, or a bacterial infection like you said. I'm leaning more towards Uronema. I'd treat with antibiotics and/or metronidazole both in tank and in food to cover both of them.
