Hey guys I have had this pintail fairy wrasse for 3 weeks now and today he is swimming upside down or straight up and getting blown around by the gyre. From my research it might be a spinal injury. Does anyone have a way of helping it?

#fishmedic sounds like it could also be UNWD but will let them weigh in. Dont think its curable Unfortunately :(

From reading that thread the symptoms are the same as what this wrasse has and looking at the wrasse there is no external damage

Would you be able to post a video for easier diagnosis?
Unfortunately I posted this right before I left for work and I just got back and the fish has died and the hermits and snails have already eaten him only skeleton left

Wow! That was fast. I’m sorry bud.
Yea it was less than one day. From reading the neurological wrasse disease that’s what mine had because it was swimming upside down and with a curved spine and was still eating upside down
