Wrasse went pale!

Nitrofuricen Green Powder, Furan2, Kanaplex, Metroplex - in that order. You can also combine the last three for a very wide spectrum. It should also be noted that I totally misspelled the first. lol
All of them?

Would these work on internal parasites also ? Or would metro+focus also be needed ?

Trying to learn myself.

No, the NFG should be done by itself. You can do the other three together or separate depending on how bad the infection is.
Can you walk me through this? I have never quarantined or medicated anything in 10 yrs.

With intestinal worms you would want to feed the metroplex + focus also.

You will treat for 10 days minimum even if he looks better before that. You'll follow the directions on the package (or all the packages) for the amount to dose per gallon, but you'll dose them every other day after a water change. It's pretty easy to do as long as you remember to do the water changes and keep an eye on the fish's breathing. Medication can suck the oxygen out of the water pretty quick, so adding an airstone or a small powerhead pointed at the surface to add more oxygen to the tank is always a good idea.

I agree. Was the fish scratching at all?

I agree with Mel but have any other fish shown any signs of ich or velvet? Both can cause color loss as they attack the gills and stress the fish.

Both wrasse are scratching not the clown. Do i qt one wrasse at a time to reduce stress or Should i do the prazi in the tank to kill patasites in them all then do the antibiotics on the pale one in qt. Parasites must have spread right? Do i go for the parasites or the antiboutics first?

If it were me, I'd do them at the same time. However, your plan is solid enough. Prazi first, then QT the one with antibiotics. He only needs to be in the prazi for 24 hours, then you can start the antibiotics.

Meds are here dosed prazi in diplay. 2.5 t for 50 net gallons.

Finally got a hospital set up. Kessil a80,10g hob, yellow submarine, rock, pvc and a neotherm heater.1)Should i put a chunk of LR from my sump? Used mb7 for bacteria. 2)Good enough? Had to tear apart whole tank to get fish out. Thought about getting the other wrasse, but i just couldnt get it. Kept diving in sand. Dosed 2 heaping scoops of sulphaplex. Fish is very vivid now. 3) Now 72 hrs then carbon and wc before next meds or another dose of this first?

I've never used that. I would follow the directions on the box. Or wait for @Humblefish or @melypr1985 to answer.Glad he's doing better!!
Thanks. Ive never seen the wrasse cocoon until today. Sulphaplex is seachem's nitrofuracin green. I just wasnt sure how long to dose each stage of treatment or do it 1 time then switch meds

@Fishhands Directions for Sulfaplex indicate you can dose 2-3 measures per every 10 gallons. And then repeat every 72 hours. You’ll want to keep doing this for 10-14 days.

Only if needed (the fish still looks like it has a bacterial infection.)

Ok great! So all these meds are a trial then repeat. Incase one didnt do it anothet would? Meaning, for what i am trying to accomplish looks like its going well. With the original dose of prazi and now this two week cycle should be all this particular fish needs since all color is coming back?

Its been 12 days in qt now. What does everyone think? Ready for display or on to next med? Cant get a still shot. When i get close it really starts showing off flashing and darting around.
