Hi all,
Last night I noticed these spots over my tricolor fairy wrasse. There had been spots popping up on my six line, but they come and go every day and appear to be from his mucus and sleeping habits. The spots on the fairy are still here this morning, when these pictures were taken. There was a rather large “ piece” stuck to his bottom lip that was flapping around but I’m pretty sure it fell off.
They both will eat anything I put in and appear to be swimming as usual.
I’m prepared to take the fish out into a new hospital tank and leave the DT fallow until treatment is over. However, I need help with ID on this to treat appropriately.
I have a yasha goby I added 4 days ago that I have yet to see, so I’m also concerned about having to tear out all the LR to find him.
These were my first 3 fish. I have learned quickly that quarantine is the name of the game.
Thanks for any possible help,
Chase
