Wrasse with a growth on it's mouth

Even if I can catch this guy, I have no idea what to treat it with.
Any help?

This has been going on for a couple weeks, and so far I haven't been able to convince it to go into the trap.

Hard to tell for sure but looks like lymph to me. It’s a virus. Can he still eat? As long as he can eat just wait it out.

If he cannot eat, you can gently scrape it away with a razor blade.

He looks like he is still eating, although I don't see alot of movement with his mouth.
When I first noticed this, it didn't look like lympho to me, and now with the size of it,,,,
I've never seen lympho get this big. And it's getting bigger.
