Wrasse with no pectoral fin...

I purchase a Cirrhilabrus Adornatus last week. And he doesnt have any rays to his right pectoral fin. He swims fine and has the meaty part of the fin but no rays. Will the fin regrow with time? Anything i can do to speed up itz recovery? Will try and get good pics tonight. The meat for the fin is there but no rays or fins...

In time, it should regrow. Feeding vitamin soaked food (exs. Selcon, Zoecon, Vita-chem) might help expedite the healing & regrowing process.

Awesome already feeding selcon and all other tail bite marks from the lfs are quickly dissappearing. I should allow to first regrow before introducing to main display to prevent any added aggression right? No signs of any parasites or other issues aside from the fin

I would wait until he's fully healed before placing in the DT. A weakened fish is like blood in the water to healthy fish; they can be merciless.
