Wrasse with soar mouth

Not sure if these pics are ok but my male wrasse def seems to have hurt his mouth or has an infection. I have no QT setup now because I am not adding fish.

Any idea from these not so good pics


He has been in the tank about 3 months maybe 4 with a mated female. Always seems fine. He . is acting ok he is very aggressive still and flashing around he just ate ok.

Ha oh boy I spelled sore wrong. So much for the money I spent on that Masters degree. Third grade would have been fine.
