Wrasse with stringy poop.

Can someone please tell me if this is normal for my Yellow Banded Wrasse poop to always get hung up like this. I have had used focus and metroplex combined, and have had this fine specimen for a few months already and he’s eating good nice and plump, but does swim up and down very strangely sometimes. So a little more in depth about my tank and it’s Parameters: My tank is 1 year and 1 month old, mainly LP15 gallon water box Peninsula. I have been battling PH issues but recently got a co2 scrubber so now my PH does not dip below 8.1,
Nitrate: 15
Phosphate: .1 (high I know but I’m starting to dose nopox and test my water every other day)
Nitrite:0
Ammonia:0
Also this fish has had this problem since the day I brought him home but has seemingly normal breathing patters an diet. He only swims vigorously up and down from time to time.

If the fish is swimming and breathing fine, then I’d assume it has to do with the diet.

One thing I’ll add is that it probably wouldn’t hurt to have a medicine for internal parasites on hand in case it does become a problem.
Though, as you mentioned, you did treat for such and nothing changed.
