Ok, he’s been through two rounds of GC for flukes already. I’ve been feeding GC laced food for the last 10 days and will continue until this clears. I’ll ride this out and re-treat for flukes in 14 days if we get through this.

Probably not flukes then, I’d skip.

Ok, as of this evening whatever this is seems to be picking up steam again. I did a WC this morning and redosed the metro (2scoops) and the Furan 2. He is still GC through food but would it hurt to add Hikari Prazi in the mix? He’s still swimming and eating for now.

It can take a while to make much of a difference. I would add kanaplex just in case it’s just another infection. This will widen the spectrum.

I wouldn’t mix prazi and GC no. It’s not going to help. Prazi doesn’t help with uronema or infections.

Sorry for your loss. Uronema is deadly. I started 5 chromis with a prophylactic treatment of metro orally and in the water. Did this from the jump with no symptoms present. I still lost two to Uronema.

Yeah I lost both wrasse to it and for a moment I thought I was beating it back but then it came back with a vengeance.

Sorry for the loss. IME by the time you see uronema it’s too late for fish showing redness...
