I have been treating this wrasse with copper and 3 doses of kanaplex for 2 weeks. I also used epson salt. Any recommendations?

What are you showing in the pictures? I see it has an issue with the right eye, is that what your talking about?

If you're treating with antibiotics you want to treat for 10-14 consecutive days instead of the 3 doses recommended on label. You still do every other day, but you're doing 5-7 total doses instead

You may also want to treat for flukes, that could be what caused they eye to be infected.

Furan-2 should be dosed daily for 10-14 days as mentioned above. Follow water changes as directed.

Yes his right eye was cloudy and popped out of socket per say. I have a left shot of his normal eye and a few of the bad right eye

OK so I dosed Kanaplex which says MAX dose 3 doses. So I am done with that, now you think I should try Furan-2?

You can use Kanaplex every other day for a total of 6-7 doses total safely.

You can use Kanaplex every other day for a total of 6-7 doses total safely.

Also, if an infection gets bad enough or is just persistent, you can actually dose kanaplex, metroplex, and furan-2 simultaneously. It's called the "trifecta" and offers a wide range of treatment.
