What type of flow do most wrasses seem to prefer in your experience?

High, medium or a low flow environment??

I have a Halichoeres and a Cirrhilabrus, they don't seem to care when I experiment with flow but the Fairy seems to enjoy swimming laps where flow is the highest -it's like she is playing.

For their size wrasses seem to be strong swimmers. In the wild I've noticed they are also experts at using the reef to make their swimming easier or to go faster when they want. I've observed the same thing in my tank. Intentionally jumping in to the flow close to an MP40 and ducking behind a rock when it suits them.

I've had some experiences in the past where my wrasses that were in low to no flow started having issues like swim bladder and pop eyes and eventually succumb to death. I don't know if it was just my luck or the particular wrasse.
