You can definitely have them together. In fact they often show off more around each other.

I personally don't quarantine. Not saying you shouldn't as it is obviously advisable to quarintine everything in a perfect world. However...
They're slime coat is thicker and they sleep in a mucous cacoon that helps them avoid skin parasites and also they tend to not handle quarantine very well. They really need rocks to feel happy and get the sleep they need to be healthy. There is also an argument on whether wrasse handle copper worse then other fish.

Keeping them together is a maybe. Flashers don’t do well in smaller tanks or less natural tanks so the fairy could pick on them. Sometimes you have to juggle fish around and keep them separate.
As far as should you or how is your choice. Prazi for flukes bare minimum. Copper for ich and velvet. Metro for uronema. You need to pick what you want to treat for. If all then start prazi then finish in copper.
I recommend light sand to cover the bottom wrasse settle and are less stress in qt. Recommend let them settle and get eating good before meds. Watch their behavior and then you will know how they react to meds

Ok that was a lot of information but I have a 90 gallon so would they both be ok and previously a guy said not to worry about qt and I’m not too experienced so what could happen if I don’t qt he said the are pretty strong because the have a strong mucus layer

They may do fine. Flashers are very active fish and tend to do better in tanks longer than 4 feet. This is why I avoid them in my 120. There are plenty of other wrasses to enjoy imo. They do have a mucous coat that makes them slightly more resitent to parasites. However, if they do come down with it you will need to get a QT tank to treat them and then let your 90 go fishless for 76 days. MUCH easier to run them (and all future fish) at least through an observation tank for at least 4 weeks. Better 8-12. Will save you potentially major headaches down the road. It’s your decision though.
