WTB 250W/400W MH/T5 setups

Okay so I have an 150G tank and was given some Orbit 3 x 150W MH with 4 96W PC's and it did the trick for a little while when I was just had LPS/Zoas/Softies, but now I have gotten into SPS/Fuzzy Sticks and need better lighting. I don't care if it is an all in one setup or a DIY setup. Just let me know what you have.
