They are all rigid mounts (2 black 1 silver) and all lights are black. Asking $160 for the new one, $150 for the original I purchased and used for 5 months never over 40%. And $140 for the third prime and mount that I bought from another member who stated he used it for 9 months. I never used it once I purchased it, just tested it.
