Looking to buy a broken light or parts from a light. The main PCB board has a short and was hoping to find another light with bad pucks or another issue...

yeah, finding complete assembly parts for any reef light is nearly impossible. I do board level repairs on all of them as a service and I can barely find full boards to keep as references. Component level repair is virtually the only way to get them running within a reasonable timeframe.

I think I got it. This cap gets dang hot. Although I have no idea what the rating or type to look up the replacement part

I would imagine it's probably not all that different than C9, which you should be able to measure.
