As the title states looking for 300-400 depends in how long it's used for and how strong it was used for

I assume you mean a 300 -400 gallon tank. If the tank is over 30 inches deep then I would use the Hydra 52 lights. The lights are configured to light into deeper tanks. If it's less than that, go with the regular Hydra lights. Use one light for every 2 sq ft.
