WTB everything for a 220g

I was in the middle of reading and your post......shut off in front of my face and shortened up.....by alot, lol. I recommend starting out simple.

Have you put thought into any lights? Is the tank drilled?

Yeah but it's Drilled in the center so I'm going to plug it and drill a new hole in the back center, I need to make a in tank overflow?

Not sure on lights I know that I want it to be dimmable, timer, and have the blue lights to make my corals pop :)

Wait, where is it drilled at right now? On the bottom of the tank or on the back of the tank?

You could use the holes in bottom and build rock around them. Use like a 1" pipe into bulkhead then 2 1/2 Pvc around it. Then glue rock to 2 1/2 piece.

^that could work. There's a few things that can be done.

I guess I could? Should I use the 2 sided one for it to flow in and the single side were it filter the water out?

It just sucks because the glass is painted black on the back so I can't have a 360 view haha but I guess it would give my shark room to swim in circles?

Yeah I've herd it's best for them because of their nose,I plan to eventually go bigger once I get the hang of a 220g but the bigger one will be round

I would probly use 2 drains and one return. Just to be safe from over flowing. There are allot of ways to set that tank up. A friend of mine has a cyilinder tank and the rock hides the plumbing. Completely. Looks super nice. It comes up though center.
