I purchased a 29 gallon tank that has been running for 5 years. I am interested in 20 lbs of live rock (already have 20 ish) as well as some beginner corals. I have a skimmer, 165 watt LED, etc... Also if anyone has a pair of clownfish locally. Im looking forward to joining the community!

Thanks

Im in loudon and can let some rock go. Some of it has good starter coral on it (cloves, mushrooms, etc)

Thanks, I work in Loudon one day per week! PM sent

We have been told a pair in a tank that size won't work. IDK. I do know 2 people that had a pair and both said the females beat the males up badly.

I have probably 500# of live rock in a 150g stock tank. It's live, and been cured for over a year, with lights, circulation, etc. I've got a couple fish and a few corals in there with it. I have NEVER had an aiptasia or bristleworm in this setup. I simply have my 125g display full, and have the 150g so full that there's not much room for anything else in it. I have pukani, marco, various sizes. Everything that's getting light has coralline on it.

Great, how much do you want for 20 ish lbs and where are you located?

Thanks!

I have read conflicting reports but it seems that it is a crap shoot.

I think you'll be fine in a 29g especially if they're a pair to begin with.

I have a clownfish, and some corals I could let go of. maybe some GSP, Zoas, and maybe an acan.

I'd love to buy 30-50ish pounds from you if it's available :P I have a nasty aptasia problem now, and I'm just going to start all over. I shouldn't have pumped that first one full of vinegar :(
