I have the Vivid Original aka PINK *******! I have seen both pieces in person and they are identical, I have a frag available for $300, here's a pic of my "pink *******":

I know, I know. I've heard the consensus on it, and I don't have any arguments with it, but I think it's still the case that we're all keeping the lineage differentiated. As more than one has said, they have both, and though they look the same, we still refer to them seperately. I guess it probably doesn't matter, but lineage is what it is.

I had my Tie Dye Mystery Mushroom before ATL brought out their Game Over. Their pic sucks last I saw, so it's hard to tell if they are the exact same kind. I couldn't get a straight answer about where they got theirs from, but they could be from the same source. Mine's nicer though. :wink:

I do have a few babies right now, but they are growing out so I can observe their development, and then if I do start passing some on, I have friends ("friends"?) lined up who want one first. I haven't gotten daring/aggressive/capitalistic enough yet to try doing any cutting or forced reproduction. I just couldn't bring myself to mess that work of art up.

I have no idea. I've never sold one before. How does one figure a value on these guys? ATL wants like $500 for a 1/2 baby. I think that's ridonculous. But then, I paid, well, I'm not telling, but that was for an adult. I've had people offer me over $700 for my adult, but heck no.

One thing I will say is they are a much slower producing mushroom than any of my others, save the yumas I guess. Any other discosoma puts out like 10 babies in the time it takes for this one to produce one.

I'll have to think on that at some point. And no, it won't be a rock of them for $20.

Hey nanofins my badd i wasnt tryin to bump your shoulders im just going from what you said, so if the vivid's pb isnt real i payed hundreds of dollars for a fake pb? There is lineage to my piece to!
I hope you find what you want....good luck on the jabawaki ive tried myself!

i talked to rommel from ultimate frags. he says they produce 1 new head every 6-12 months. sounds like a really slow grower. either way they are very nice. im jealous

not for me they dont....i gat mine 3 months ago with one eye and it now has 5 eyes.... fast grower for me....
