You could order straight from Inland bro. I'm looking for a saw myself, in my research I have determined there are better saws like Gryphon. Just FYI:nerd:

ya, I have the Gryphon saw and looked at the inland at Neptunes the other day. I'm very happy I made the choice to get the gryphon. The biggest factor about it for me is how easy it is to clean. You'll find you do more cutting more offten because it's very easy to brake down and set up. I've also had some ideas to mod it and get a inch or so more cutting room for it. I think it's well worth the extra money.

Good to know. I had heard some negatives on the gryphon plus they cost like $50 more but ill have to take a second look.

Ordering straight from them doesn't get me it for less than retail though. There are many retailers that have them for sale currently too.

Part of why I went with a gryphon is becasue I saw quite a few inland saws up for parts because the motor is located in a bad location and will get we eventually if you are using the saw a bit. This means the motor on the inland burns out a bit.

The blades have copper and the water is recirulated causing concentrated toxins for other corals

So it appears the c 40 has copper blades while the c 40 rd is stainless

Right the c40 rd comes with it and is built with more ss parts. You can buy the regular c40 and save $20 then you have to buy a new blade so might as well get the right one from the start
