Have you looked into the ITC parwise meters?
I have the ITC parwise I recently purchased and it works well. I compared it to the Apogee mq-510 that was more than double the cost of the parwise. There wasn't much difference between the two as far as par readings on my findings. The parwise was $299, not a bad price for brand new.
