I am looking for a refractometer, as thats my last step into being able to the get my tank up and running. I am also in need of some more sand, than what I have. Any suggestions on where to get sand at the lowest price.

Thanks

internet! i'd have to ask my boyfriend for the link but we've gotten dry sand and dry rock from this company who's awesome at picking out rocks for what you need and the price is good. (not that that's what you're looking for but it think they have live sand too) and we got our refractometer off amazon. for sure the cheapest i could find it, it was twice as much anywhere around where i live.

Thanks, I will check out reefrocks, and looking locally for refractometer, so I can setup this weekend. As I need to make the water, than I can setup the tank.

That's high. Mine was like 20 on amazon. I didn't want to spend a lot because im sure it will get dropped or soaked.lol..... I think I saw one at petsmart last time I was there. If not just order one and borrow one to set up tank

Very true, I check petco and petsmart, and no refractometer. If I can find someone to let me borrow one just to make the water to put in tank, than I will order one online.

Thanks
