The light is led it’s not hot.
149 degrees is not hot for a light.
Just to give you some perspective
My body temp is 97 degrees and I am cool to the touch

Yes I get that, but 149 degrees inside a cabinet is a bit much if you’re trying to keep your tank below 80. Btw your body temp analogy makes no sense in this situation. Doesn’t matter what it feels like to you, what matters is if it causes excessive heating of the water
