WTB replacement wave maker controller quick!

The controller on the main wave maker for our tank is on the fritz. It randomly will change modes or not change settings when you press the buttons. It's an Aqua Pump Controller QP-16. I need to buy a replacement one (can't replace an entire wave maker as I've been laid off since November). I'm attaching pictures of the controller and the wave maker.
