WTB - Sherman Rose

Looking for a Sherman Rose, not a Black Widow. Need shipping to Southern California or willing to drive and pick up in a reasonable distance. TY

Is there a difference between a "sherman" and a regular RBTA? I mean I know the Sherman's came from Sherman TX, from splits from a RBTA. But other than that?

They have been around for 15+ years and from what I've read are bullet proof. Used to get them in the DFW area for $40 so many people were selling them but now with all the named RBTA they have jumped up to close to $200.

I have four then... willing to give up 3... If bulletproof is what someone wants these are them... In my 10g pretty much from day one. Well, started with one... last year for a pair of clowns now have four.

Yes, I will try with a more current one when I get home tonight. They are about slightly bigger than a fat baseball. How many would you want?

I’ll try to find one but they are a solid deep red with no green and a dark base. The foot is also darker on the ones I have had. Similar in color to the Black Widow but without the “webbing” around the mouth.

Another poster mentioned that they were bulletproof. That’s what these are… which what I was referring to.
These are not Sherman’s, but “Tangerine Speedo” Bulletproof RBTA’s… LOL…
