I believe the WWC Superman is not the same as the NY Superman. Tyree Superman has lineage to WWC. NY Superman does not. I don't know if they originated from the same colony or just look similar.

If Kigs was the originator of the Tyree Superman he'd have absolutely no reason to rename it NY Superman. He'd use the Tyree moniker and sell it as such. More money to be make using the Tyree name anyways.

I believe the above to be true. If I am wrong, please correct me.
