u r allowed to bring corals onto airplanes in any container, inappropriate reefer shows u how here. " you can bring live fish and corals through TSA at the airport for US domestic flight. You can bring more than 3.1oz of liquid IF it has fish or coral in it (it means that the liquid is not dangerous and is life sustaining). Pee cups in double insulated tumblers work great. Or if you plan on carrying a bunch get an insulated lunch bag to carry the see-through containers in. I've done both and they are "TSA approved".

I haven't flown Alliigiant but this is the perfect scenario for the tumbler with pee cups, once you're past TSA put it in your carry on.
