I have an odd one for ya'll.
I have an aqueon 75 gallon reef ready that utilizes the mega flow overflow. I'm looking for the little piece that gets punched out when you install the plumbing. Odd request I know, but I no longer utilize the spot and want to cover it to keep snails and fish out of the overflow. If you have a tank with the mega overflow and have that little piece I can glue back into place I would greatly appreciate it. Tried 3D printing and just cant seem to grt.the size and curve right.
Thanks in advance!

Have one 3D printed
I've tried that. I dont have an old one to reference and I dont want to pop the other one out. We cant seem to get the size right or the slight curve right when 3d printing. It sticks out like a soar thumb.

During a water change make a cardboard template contact R2R members dierks. He’ll make it.

Crabs,
Try a thin piece of ABS plastic and some ABS cement. The Plastic is available online in thin cut sheets. You can heat and bend it very easily.

Bump

I had a similar issue where I needed to clock part of an overflow. I cut a piece from a dvd case and super glued it to the inside of the overflow so it wasn't visible in the DT but blocked on the inside of the overflow. Worked like a charm.
