I am a somewhat simple person. I meant no more than what I said. I had a plan for my saltwater system and it is complete. I don't intend to add anything else to it. This is a build thread for that system.
The salt fish have to eat and I have some freshwater shrimp coming next week
and to be fair I am taking down a tank and putting a bigger one up. My guppies are doing pretty well.

The new feeder tank is coming along. Shrimp coming from Ebay tomorrow.
I hope to make a guppy colony big enough to take 6-8 out every other day. It will also allow me to buy feeder shrimp in larger amounts which makes them much cheaper. I will also be able to use both saltwater or freshwater shrimp since there seems to some seasonal variation to what you can get.

I vigorously squeezed my sponge filter into the tank to start it. Once the temp comes up I will add some guppies from the other tank.
I put planted tank substrate in but nothing is going to grow under this light.

When you do something you always wanted to do and it turns out well. These guys get along great and even take turns eating the shrimp when I put them in.

I was changing my filter socks this morning.
There was a stone crab in one of them. I have no ideas how he got up there from the sump.
The big one eats his legs.

I took the shade off to finish it. I may make another one. It needs to be about 97 inches long and the 8 foot long wood wouldn't stretch a bit.

It occurred to me a minute ago that I have a fish room
and I have a room of fish.

My friends this morning.
All goes well. I get out my RC cars for a change and the doser goes empty.
Both cars and doser are running again. I need to take a field trip to find a good place to run the cars.
There seems to be a need to bring a lot of drama llama into the hobby.
I prefer it when things go amooth.
I have 9,287,119 tiny starfish. I counted them.
